2018/2019 Application form for Mentors

The program supports the development and implementation of freely accessible modules and resources for online education on topics with social impact according to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The second round of the 2018-2019 OE4BW program will be held from 7th January to 5th July 2019. Mentors are invited to apply by  6 January 2019.

Mentors will be matched with candidates according to the compatibility of the project proposal and mentor’s expertise. The mentor’s role will be to supervise and guide a  candidate through regular online meetings from January 2019 until the public presentation of project results in the scope of the Open Education for a Better World Festival organized in the Lanthieri Mansion in Vipava, Slovenia from 1st to 5th July 2019.

We invite mentors to enclose a CV, which includes information about your experience with e-learning, with teaching and/or consulting and with open education. Please note that if you were included in OE4BW program last year you do not need to enclose your CV.

The whole program is based on voluntary work, so we can not provide any financial compensation for mentoring and developing OER.

    To enable us to ensure the best possible match between mentors and projects, please specify your preferences regarding the project goals - choose one or more from the list of 17 sustainable development goals:

    I understand that I will get no more than two projects to be accomplished under my on-line supervision and guidance, starting in 7 January 2019 and finishing with a public presentation of project results on 5 July 2019, organized in the Lanthieri Mansion in Vipava, Slovenia with on-line presentations.
